The restaurant in Tipton is now under new management.  Amanda Hawkins has opened the Lil' Owl Cafe in Tipton.  She will be open from 8 am-2 pm Tuesday through Friday, with evening hours of 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.  Amanda has worked in the restaurant when it was previously managed by Vanessa Tonne.  Amanda is looking forward to serving great food and drinks to  Tipton and area residents.  The City of Tipton wishes all the best to Vanessa and Troy Tonne who previously managed the restaurant.  Their years of providing great food and a fun and friendly atmosphere are greatly appreciated.  The City of Tipton urges everyone to come out and meet and support Amanda and her crew at the Lil' Owl Cafe.
